Day 1: Arrival Hanoi
We collect you at Hanoi airport (Noi Bai), and you’re taken directly to your hotel. Hanoi is a stylish and exciting city that retains an unique old world charm and some Asia‘s most striking colonial architecture. The lakes and parks provide pleasant and relaxing escapes from the bustle of the city. If time permits (depending on your arrival time), you’ll enjoy a famous one hour cyclo excursion through the bustling tree-lined old quarter streets named after the traditional trades once (and sometimes still) practised there. Day 2: Hanoi – Halong bay over night cruise (Breakfast at hotel, lunch & dinner on board)
After an early breakfast you start with a transfer out to the internationally famous and stunningly beautiful Halong Bay, made world famous by James Bond in Tomorrow Never Dies. Arriving just before lunch, you’ll embark on a traditional Vietnamese junk. Take lunch on board and enjoy the afternoon and overnight cruise as it provides you with fantastic views of the fabulous scenery blending with the sky and some 3,000 limestone islands which amazingly rise from the clear and emerald water. The limestone karst formations are littered with beaches, grottoes and beautiful caves, some of which you’ll visit. Overnight on board in Halong Bay
Day 3: Halong bay – Hanoi (Breakfast & Brunch on board)
The tour continues with a morning spent cruising on to the Man’s Head, Tortoise islands and then Luon Cave by small bamboo boat. After an brunch check out and continue to travel though Bai Tu Long to Bai Chay for disembark, meet the driver and guide to transfer you back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 4: Hanoi – Hue (Breakfast at hotel)
Your Vietnam Heritage Tour continues on day 4 in Hanoi with breakfast, followed by a full day city tour starting with the Ho Chi Minh Complex, containing the mausoleum of the nation’s founder Ho Chi Minh, the Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts. Close to this site is the One Pillar Pagoda, whose origin dates back to the foundation of Hanoi a thousand years ago.
Your tour of Hanoi continues with a trip to the remarkable Temple of Literature, well known as Vietnam’s first university. After lunch, you’ll enjoy a walk around the peaceful Hoan Kiem Lake and through the less peaceful Old Quarter, a bewildering maze of shopping streets and restaurants with an amazing assortment of architecture - traditional tube houses, countless pagodas, artisans’ workshops and cottages, colonial houses and modern concrete edifices.
In the late afternoon, you’ll transfer back to the airport for the evening an hour flight to Hue., where you’ll be met and transferred to your hotel estimate 30 minute to hotel. Overnight in Hue.
Day 5: Hue city tour (Breakfast at hotel)
Full day exploration of Hue starting with a boat cruise upstream on the Perfume River which will give you a taste of the scenic countryside as well as an enjoyable visit to the beautiful pagoda of Thien Mu. You continue on to the Emperor Minh Mang’s mausoleum, in a tranquil setting of gardens and lakes. The next stop of your trip is the elaborate royal tomb of Emperor Tu Duc and the famous Tu Hieu pagoda.
Later, back in the city you can choose from numerous excellent restaurants and enjoy local delicacies. In the afternoon we continue to the massive citadel of Hue containing The Royal Residence, Imperial City and the Purple Forbidden City which was destroyed during the 1968 Tet Offensive. However it is still fascinating to walk among the ruins and to imagine what it was once like

Day 6: Hue - DMZ Tour - Phong Nha cave (Breakfast at hotel)
Your Heritage Tour of Vietnam continues on day 6: after an early breakfast, head to Dong Hoi on private car on the way to visit Phong Nha Cave. En route you’ll stop at the former DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) during the Vietnam & American War. See historical sites –The 17th parallel at Hien Luong Bridge, and the Vinh Moc tunnels.
In the afternoon explore Phong Nha Cave by traditional boat to visit longest cave in Vietnam including Dry grotto and Wet Grotto - an Impressive World Heritage in central Vietnam. Overnight in Quang Binh by the beach about 4PM
Day 7: Quang Binh – Hue – Danang Beach – Hoian (Breakfast at hotel)
After breakfast, you’ll be driven to Danang via Hai Van Tunnel, stopping en route to visit Cham Museum in Danang city, where you can learn more about the My Son Sanctuary of the Cham Nation. Continue to Hoian where you’ll arrive in late afternoon check in hotel (Most of 4* and 5* hotel located near the beach, other in town which it take 30 minute bike ride to the beach, easy to rent a bike here)
Day 8: Hoian Old town tour (Breakfast at hotel)
The ancient architecture of Hoian is a fascinating combination of Vietnamese traditional buildings with Chinese and Japanese influence. There’s plenty to see in this delightful town, some of which are the famous Japanese Covered Bridges, Pottery Museum, 200 years old Tan Ky House, Chua Ong Pagoda and vibrant market. Today we include these on a walking tour past many low tiled houses scattered along the small streets and assembly halls, which reflect the town's multi-cultural past. You’ll understand why many visitors come to Hoi An again and again. Overnight in Hoian.
Day 9: Hoian – Myson Holy land – Hoian (Breakfast at hotel)
Your Vietnam Heritage Tour continues on day 9 with a half day to visit to World Heritage My Son Sanctuary which is about 45 km from Hoian. It was a holy land of Cham culture and Champa Kingdom from the 2th to the 17th century. The remains are the remarkable brick towers, whose origins and purpose will be explained by you guide. Afternoon free time at leisure, overnight again in Hoian
Day 10: Hoian – Danang Departure (Breakfast at hotel)
Your Vietnam Heritage Tour ends with some free time to relax in Hoian before a transfer to Danang airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh/Hanoi in connection with your departure flight. Trip ends after your transfer to Danang
