Day 1: Arrival Ho Chi Minh City (Dinner at local restaurant)
Your private tour of Vietnam starts on arrival at Tan San Nhat (Saigon) Airport you are met and transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 2: Ho Chi Minh – Buon Ma Thuot (Breakfast at hotel, Dinner at local house)
Day 2 of your tour transfer to aiport for a short flight to buon Ma Thuot, you will be greeted at Buon Ma Thuot airport by the local guide then transported to visit Lak lake that is considered the biggest natural lake in Central Highlands surrounded with the mountains and pretty villages of Jun and M’lieng, especially you have opportunities to visit the former BaoDai’s villa called the castle of Vietnam’s last Emperor of Nguyen Dynasty in Central Highlands. Hotel check in. Free on own and dinner. At night, you will enjoy the Gong performance, a kind of musical instrument that has been recognized as a Non-Physical Heritage of mankind by the world community awarded by UNESCO in 2005, followed by “can” wine ( homebrew rice wine ). Spend the night at Lak lake.
Day 3: Buon Ma Thuot (Breakfast at the local house, picnic lunch)
Stroll around the Jun village inhabited by the Mnong minority to discover their daily life and take a dugout canoe to admire the natural scenery of Lak lake and enjoy a ride by elephant to M’lieng village. Lunch at Lak. Afternoon, return to Buon Ma Thuot for a visit DraySap that is Fall of Mist in the Ede language, is surrounded by rainforest and is also considered the biggest and most beautiful waterfall in Central Highlands. Citytour of Buon Ma Thuot with a visit Akodhon village of Ede minority where you can have a stroll around the village to discover the architectures of house-on-stilts. Continue on to visit the Ethnological Museum where you can see many things come from the daily life of Ethnic minorities in Vietnam such as clothes, cultivated tools, musical instruments... Khai Doan pagoda – an unusual combination of the features of the Ede long house with a roof designed in accordance with Hue imperial architecture. Dinner and free on own. Spend the night at a hotel in Buon Ma Thuot
Day 4: Buon Ma Thuat – Pleiku (Breakfast at hotel)
Drive to Pleiku city – the large polotical, economic and cultural center of Gialai province. Stop over to visit plantations of rubber, coffee, pepper and at any point that interests you along the way. Arrival in Pleiku for a hotel check in. Lunch. Afternoon, drive to MangYang district and start a gentle 6-kilometre hike through the 04 villages of Bahnar minority such as Dektu - Deron - Dedoa -Dekop where you have opportunities to discover their traditional custom and culture, especially the community building called “ Roong house “ which looks like an axe blade poiting in to the sky. Return to Pleiku city. Dinner and free on own for a walk on streets to discover the beauty of “ the Mountainous City of Pleiky “ by night, enjoy the flavor and taste of the local coffee. Spend the night at the hotel.
Day 5: Pleiku – Kontum (Breakfast at hotel, Picnic lunch)
Drive to Kontum where the majority inhabitants are made up the Bahnar. Stop for a brief visit Bien Ho lake ( also called T’nung ) that was the flooded cater of a volcano of million years of ages and is now the city’s reservoir. Continue on to visit PleiPhun village of Jarai - the largest ethnic group in Central Highlands. Life is gentle in the village and you will be welcomed on all sides, invited to join in their ceremonies and activities. You can have a stroll around the village to discover their traditional custom and culture... especially the Wooden statues of the community grave and watering spring place where people get water and freshen up. Lunch in Kontum. Visit the Wooden Cathedral that was built in 1913 by a French Catholic Missionary and has been restored. Vinh Son Orphanage - a total of about 200 children most of whom are from the minority villages. Seminary that was built over 80 years ago and still looked after by a small group of priests. Free on own. Dinner and spend the night at a hotel in Kontum
Day 6: Kon Tum departure (Breakfast at traditional house)
After breakfast this morning group may have some free time before transfer to Pleiku aiport for a departure flight.
