| Hello Dinh, I just wanted to thank you and Jewel tours for a most wonderful adventure in Vietnam and Cambodia. The time went much too fast but I think that I shall return at some point. Everything went very smoothly and I could not have had better guides. Vietnam is a beautiful country and I came away with some National Geographic quality photographs. I have two questions that I hope you can help me with. My guide in the North was Tan. He gave me his email address but I have misplaced it. Would it be possible for you to send it to me? Also, on our trip to Halong Bay, maybe about an hour or so outside of Hanoi, we stopped at a center that provided vocational training in arts and crafts for children and young people who suffered disabilities from the effects of agent orange. This visit was not on the official itinerary and I forgot to write down the name of the center. Would you, by any chance, know the name of this center or if they have a website? | We had a fabulous tour guide Thang, his knowledge, English and manner were terrific. We felt very lucky to have him as our our tour guide. Definitely we will recommend our friends to Jewel Tours. |

| Jewel Tours had great guides who managed our tour from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and did not leave us wondering what would happen next. The hotels were excellent. A point for improvement would be to give tourists a warning about sites that will need special hiking strength, such as the Perfume Pagoda |
